Super Moist Carrot Cake Recipe | Yummy Carrot Cake without Beater

Here I am showing you how to make the super moist carrot cake. This is the yummiest carrot cake I have ever had.It is super easy to make .

Ingredients:

• ground cinnamon -1 1/4 tsp
• Brown sugar (packed) - 1 cup
• fruits and nuts - your choice
• All purpose flour - 2 1/2 cup
• Peeled and shredded carrots - 3 cups
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• white sugar - 1/2 cup
• baking powder - 1 1/4 tsp
• vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• Veg Oil - 1 1/2 cup
• cloves - 1/8 tsp
• Eggs - 3

As shown in the video, blend it and mix well. Preheat the oven to 350 dg F and set timer for 35-40 mins.
