Recipe for 8" Orange Sponge Cake:

Ingredient:

• 1/2 tsp- baking soda
• 120 g- castor Sugar
• 1/2 tsp- baking powder
• 1/2 tsp- salt
• 30 ml-Flavorless oil
• 1 tsp-Lemon juice or white vinegar
• 4 large Egg yolks
• 120 g-All purpose flour
• 4 large Egg whites
• 40 ml- orange juice
• 1 tsp-orange zest
• Orange food color a pinch(optional)

For Chocolate Ganache:

• 30 ml whipping cream
• 60 ml dark Chocolate
• microwave for 1 min
