MOUNTAIN DEW CAKE W/ GLAZE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease & flour a 13' by 9" baking pan. Set aside.

• 5 tablespoons Mountain Dew
• 1-1/4 cups Mountain Dew
• 1 (3.4 oz) box Vanilla Instant Pudding
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• Glaze Topping
• 1 (15.25 oz) box Yellow Cake

1. In a large mixing bowl add the box cake and pudding. Gentle stir. Add eggs, oil, and Mountain Dew.
2. Using a hand mixer, on low-speed, combine ingredients until well blended (about 30 seconds). Increase speed to medium-high. Continue to mix cake for an additional two (2) minutes.
3. Pour cake into prepare baking pan.
4. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle of cake come out clean.
5. Cool MOUNTAIN DEW CAKE completely.
6. Whisk together powdered sugar and 5 tablespoons of Mountain Dew until smooth. Pour evenly over cake.

TIPS: Store in airtight container up to 2 days!!
