Today's recipe is super quick and heavenly delicious Molten Lava Cake.
This Molten lava cake is made in kadai which is quite simple to bake. But you can use pressure cooker as well for baking this cake. It requires just 15 minutes to get ready. Enjoy this ooey gooey tasty cake whenever you want.
Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup (60 g)
- Oil - 1/4 cup (60ml)
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp (2g)
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup (30 g)
- Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup (100g)
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp (2g)
- Milk powder - 1/2 cup (50g)
- Milk - 245 ml
- Salt - 1 pinch
