MINT CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE

I hope you like my recipe for a mint chocolate cake.

Ingredients:

Cake:

• 1/2 Cup of oil
• 3/4 Cup of cocoa powder
• 1 Cup of boiled water
• 2 Cups of self raising flour
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 Cups of sugar
• 1 Cup of sour cream ( No you can't leave it out )
• 2 Teaspoons of baking soda
• 170 Grams of choc mint chocolate

Frosting:

• 1/2 Cup of butter
• Green Food colouring
• 1/4 Cup-1/2 Cup of milk
• 1 Teaspoon of peppermint extract
• 3 Cups of icing sugar
• 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
