Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups (155g) ground almonds
- 1 1/2 tbs white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups (375ml) buttermilk
- 2 cups (440g) caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 225g unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup (75g) cocoa
- 11/2 cups (225g) potato starch/gluten free flour
- 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
