  • 1 1/2 tbs white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) buttermilk
  • 2 cups (440g) caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 225g unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup (75g) cocoa
  • 11/2 cups (225g) potato starch/gluten free flour
  • 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
