TODAY'S RECIPE IS Britannia Fruit Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
- DRY FRUITS - 1/2 CUP
- YELLOW FOOD COLOR
- PINEAPPLE ESSENCE - 1/4 TSP
- SUGAR - 1 CUP
- SALT - 1/2 TSP
- FLOUR - 1.5 CUP
- ORANGE ESSENCE - 1/4 TSP
- VANILLA ESSENCE - 1/4 TSP
- CURD - 1 CUP (substitute 4 eggs)
- OIL - 1/2 CUP
- BAKING SODA - 1/2 TSP
- BAKING POWDER - 1 & 1/4 TSP
9 INCH MOULD
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
★ if you are using eggs then beat eggs with sugar when it’s becomes creamy & foamy mixture then add oil. now add all dry ingredients. lastly add dry fruits, food color & essences★
