TODAY'S RECIPE IS Egg Vanilla Cake Recipe In Sauce Pan | Easy Vanilla Sponge Cake Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:

*1 Egg Vanilla Cake*:

• Sugar (add gradually) 1/4 cup
• Grease oil
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp
• Vanilla 1/4 tsp
• Whisk until foamy
• Flour 1/2 cup
• 4 inch sauce pan
• Oil 2 tbsp
• 1 egg (Substitute 1/4 cup curd or condensed milk)
• Milk (add gradually) 1/4 cup
• mix together in circular motion

1. Place baking paper
2. Turn on the flame
3. Place a tawa
4. heat the tawa for 5 mins
5. After 5 mins place the sauce pan
6. Cook it on low flame for 20-30 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
