Egg brinjal korma is a fusion dish taking the best of Bengali cooking techniques.   • Egg - 1
  • Brinjal/Begun - 1 large
  • Mustard oil - 5-6 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Chopped onion - 1 medium
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds - 4-5
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Yogurt - 2 tbsp
  • Cashew Nuts - 4-5
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Hing - 1/4 th tsp
  • Poppr seeds - 2 tbsp
