TODAY'S RECIPE IS I Added Eggs With Apple Peel, Trust Me it's Delcious!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 apple peels
  • Milk 1/3 cup
  • All gradually
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Blend until smooth
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  • 6 inch greased mould

  1. Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
  2. After 5 min place the mould
  3. Cook it on low flame for 30-40 mins
  4. Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
