This is a fabulous twist on an old time favourite, the humble pizza.
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 cup salami
- 400g diced tomato's
- 2 1⁄2 cups pasta of your choice
- 1 green capsicum/bell-pepper
- 140g pizza sauce
- 1 cup diced ham
- 200g mushrooms
- extra shredded cheese for topping
- 1 cup shredded cheese
