HOMEMADE PIZZA

PIZZA DOUGH:

• 1 1/2 c warm water
• 2 tbsp. white sugar
• 2 tbsp. active dry yeast

• 3 tbsp. olive oil or veg. oil
• 1/2 tbsp. salt
• 2 tbsp. white sugar
• 4 c all purpose flour

PIZZA SAUCE:

• 1 t onion powder
• 1 t garlic powder
• 1/2 t black pepper
• 250g tomato sauce
• 1t salt
• 2 tbsp. white sugar

note: you can add some herb and spices according to your preference.

TOPPINGS:

• homemade cheese
• ham
• burger patties
• cheddar cheese
• onion slice
• bellpepper
