Crispy Pizza Sandwich from wheat kulcha



  • 2 tbsp Pizza Pasta Sauce
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp pasta sauce
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Grated mozarella cheese
  • 2 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 4 whole wheat kulchas


  1. Roast inner portion of kulcha on a skillet. Mix together all vegetables, salt and other spices.
  2. Preheat oven at 200°c for 10 mins. Meanwhile, spread some Pizza Pasta Sauce on inner side of one of the kulchas, sprinkle half of the cheese, spread half of the vegetables. Spread 1/2 tbsp pasta sauce and 1 tsp mayo on the inner side of other kulcha, and place on the vegetables so inner side is at bottom. Do the same with other two kulchas.
  3. Once oven is preheated, either put on toast/Pizza settings for 10 mins, o bake for 5 mins, then grill for 5 mins. Take out, cut into 4 triangles and serve with sauce or green chutney.
