  • Whole Chicken - 800-900 gms
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp
  • Tomato (Cut quarterly) 2 medium size
  • Yogurt - 4 tbsp
  • red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp
