Distinctive and ubliquitous, this is a popular weekly treat with smoking hot steamed rice on a lazy Sunday afternnon- a bedrock for the siesta to follow!       Ingredients:

      • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
      • Whole green chillies - 3-4
      • cardamoms - 3
      • cinamon sticks - 1 inch
      • potatoes - 3 medium sized cut into halves
      • Whole garam masala
      • Mustard oil - 4 tbsp
      • Chopped green chillies - 1 tbsp
      • bay leaves - 2
      • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
      • cloves - 3-4
      • Chopped onion - 1 large
      • chopped tomato - 1 large
      • Chicken - 600 gms
      • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
      • Salt as per taste
      • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
      • Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
