This is a quick n simple, healthy 1 pot meal. Fresh winter veggies of different kinds are stir fried with chicken and tossed in a stir fry sauce creating a dish which has a crunchy texture and packed with flavours of the chicken and the veggies enhanced by the sauce. Ingredients:

  • Salt as per taste
  • White sesame - 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tsp
  • Refined oil - 2 tsp
  • Carrot - 1 small bowl
  • Yellow bell pepper- 1 small bowl
  • Red bell pepper - 1 small bowl
  • Boneless Chicken - 300 gms
  • Broccoli - 1 medium bowl
  • Black pepper powder - 2 tsp
  • Baby corns (Cut lengthwise) - 1 medium bowl
  • Roughly chopped cabbage - 1 medium bowl
  • Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Onion petals - 1 medium onion

For stir fry sauce:

  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Honey - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
