PEPPER CHICKEN STIR FRY
Ingredients:
for marinade:
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 Cloves garlic (minced)
- 500g Breast Chicken ( cut into cubes)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
For Stir fry:
- 12 cup water
- 1 inch ginger finely chopped
- 1 med green bell pepper (cut into 1 inch)
- 1/2 tsp black ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp Light soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Oyster sauce
- 1 med red bell pepper ( cut into 1 inch)
- 2 Tbsp rice wine
- 1 large onion (cut into 1 inch).
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil
