GRILLED CHICKEN KABOBS

Preheat grill to medium-high heat 15-20 minutes before adding kabobs.

  • 1 yellow bell Pepper, cut in bite size
  • 1 sweet onion, cut in bite size
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut in bite size
  • 1- pound boneless chicken, cut into bite size

Marinate chicken in large bowl with...

  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 6 pepper corns

Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Toss vegetables with...

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

before adding to skewers.

Alternate chicken with vegetables by treading onto skewers.

Add kabobs to preheated grill on medium-high heat. Grill 12-15 minutes turning kabobs every 2-3 minutes.
