Sticky Sweet & Spicy Chicken Thighs

Season chkn thighs:
- Allspice
- Garlic Powder
- Cayenne
- Canola Oil
- Salt
- Chicken Seasoning
- Black pepper
SweetNSpicy sauce:
- 1/2c Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Minced ginger
- 1c Soy sauce
- 1.5c White sugar
- 1 8oz jar Sambol chili paste
- 1c Rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
- 1Tbsp Sesame seed oil
- 1c Green onions
- 1c Chicken broth
- 1-2 Arbol red chilies
Once sauce is boiling, thicken sauce by adding 1/4c cold water with 1 tbsp of cornstarch stirred in it.
Pour this sauce all over your seared chicken thighs and bake in a 400 degree oven and bake 25-30mins. You can sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of chicken once done.
