Sticky Sweet & Spicy Chicken Thighs

Season chkn thighs:

  • Allspice
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cayenne
  • Canola Oil
  • Salt
  • Chicken Seasoning
  • Black pepper

SweetNSpicy sauce:

  • 1/2c Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Minced ginger
  • 1c Soy sauce
  • 1.5c White sugar
  • 1 8oz jar Sambol chili paste
  • 1c Rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1Tbsp Sesame seed oil
  • 1c Green onions
  • 1c Chicken broth
  • 1-2 Arbol red chilies

Once sauce is boiling, thicken sauce by adding 1/4c cold water with 1 tbsp of cornstarch stirred in it.

Pour this sauce all over your seared chicken thighs and bake in a 400 degree oven and bake 25-30mins. You can sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of chicken once done.
