Hey RitasEatas!! Today, Im frying a WHOLE CHICKEN!! I will be using the Spatchcock method and frying the whole bird!! I hope you'll try this method. In addition to frying, you could also grill or bake a chicken using this method. This chicken turned out super crispy and super juicy!!
Seasonings used on 1st chicken:
- Salt and Black Pepper
- Garlic and Onion powder
- The Usual (my new favorite seasoning)
- Pour Buttermilk over entire chicken and let marinate as long as you can, at least 2hrs if possible
Seasonings on Buffalo style:
- Pour Buttermilk and Franks Buffalo wing sauce over entire chicken and use marinate instructions above
- Paprika Cayenne pepper Franks Dry Buffalo seasoning Garlic & Onion powder Salt & Black pepper
