Creamy chicken curry infused with fenugreek leaves. Delicious curry made with commonly available ingredients and simple cokking techniques. This dish is an all-Indian favourite. Best sampled with tandoori roti, rumali roti, parathas and nan.

Ingredients:

  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Vegetable oil- 5-6 tbsp
  • Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Kashew nuts - 5 gms
  • Yogurt - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato - 1 large chopped
  • Chicken - 600 gms
  • Methi shak - 200 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chillies - 3-4
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
