Chicken suslick is an improvised presentation of the traditional kebabs where veggies are skewered with the traditional kebabs. The flavours and the crunchiness of the veggies infused with the moist, chewy, spice infused chicken make for a unique mouthwatering combination. This mildly spiced concoction acts as a perfect accomplice for red wine and can also be served as a stand-alone starter with the green chutney. Ingredients:
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes (Diced and Deseeded)- 2
- Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Onions (Diced and separated)-1 large
- Boneless chicken - 600 gms
- thick Curd- 1 cup
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
- Freshly chopped coroander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Salt as per your paste.
- Capsicum (Diced and Deseeded)- 1 medium
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
6 skewers soaked in to the water for 15 mins
If you wnt to grill the skewers in an oven place them in a pre- heated oven at 200 C for 30 mins.
Also wrap the exposed ends of the skewers with a foil to avoid burning.
