GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 4-6 (1-1/2 lbs.) Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless & thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fleshly cracked black pepper
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic and black pepper. Add chicken breast to mixture, coat chicken well, cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hour (toss once or twice).
- Lightly oil clean grilling racks. Preheat grill to 500 degrees F. Add marinated chicken breast to hot grill. Grill thinly sliced chicken breast 2-3 minutes on each side or for thicker chicken breast grill 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
TIPS: Serve with POTATO SALAD, BAKED BEANS, COLE SLAW, TOSS WITH A SALAD or make CHIKEN SALAD with leftovers.
