CHICKEN Stir-Fry...using only 6 ingredients!! Fast & Easy to make for a healthy and delicious 1-skillet/wok meal. Recipe below...
CHICKEN STIR-FRY:
- 1 (10-14 ounce) bag frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 pound chicken tenders/breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup chicken broth
- In a large skillet or wok, over medium-high heat, add oil and ginger; cook 1 minute. Stir constantly.
- Add chicken. Cook 5 minutes. Add vegetables. Cook an additional 4-5 minutes. Continue stirring.
- Add chicken broth and teriyaki sauce. Stir. Bring to a boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve over rice, noodles, or NOT!!
TIP: Sauce maybe thickened by add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of water, during the last 1 minutes of cooking.
