CHICKEN MARSALA - How to make CHICKEN MARSALA Recipe

CHICKEN MARSALA:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 4-5 (about 1 Pound) Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless, and thinly sliced or pounded flat
  • 3/4 cup Marsala Cooking Wine
  • 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
  1. Toss chicken breast in flour. Set aside.
  2. In a 12" skillet, over medium-heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms and sauté for 10 minutes. Transfer to dish. Set aside.
  3. Add flour coated chicken breast to skillet; sauté for 3-4 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken breast to serving plate. Cover with foil to keep heat.
  4. Transfer sautéed mushrooms back to skillet. Add Marsala cooking wine, water, and rosemary. Bring to a bubble and cook for 1 minute. Immediately pour over sautéed chicken!!
  5. Add fresh chopped parsley on top before serving!!

TIPS: Serve on a bed of rice (our choice) with your favorite steamed vegetable(s).
