In spite of it's name. it is actually not that hot and has a unique and distinctive flavor which is different from any other chicken curry. Goes better with parathas or rumali roti. Ingredients:

  • Cumin powder - 1 tps
  • Plain yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Slited green chillies - 5-6
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
  • Chicken (Curry size pieces) - 850 gms
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Whole spices - Cinamons, Cardamoms, Cloves, Bay leaves
  • Mustargd oil - 7-8 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
