Chicken Finger/Tenders Recipe

These are moist and juicy chicken fingers/tenders recipe by full kitchen.Please subscribe to our channel for more weekly recipes.

INGREDIENTS:

For marinade:

  • Marinade the chicken in buttermilk mixture for at least 1 hour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk(1 cup milk+1 tbsp vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 chicken breast(cut into long strips)

For Coating:

  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup flour
  1. Coat the chicken into flour mixture.coat well then again into buttermilk mixture and flour.
  2. fry these on medium heat(350f or 175c) until golden in color not more than 2/3 mins.
  3. do not put all the chicken at once while frying this will drop the oil temperature and you will not get the crispier chicken.
