- Sour cream
- Shredded Cheese
- Chicken Broth or Milk for creaminess of sauce
- Red Enchilada sauce
- Smoked Paprika
- Cumin
- Poultry Seasoning
- Canned diced tomatoes and green chilies (drained)
- Corn Tortillas
- Salt&Black pepper
Note: I think I should've started with the meat mixture, did the beans, the rice, then the meat?...I dont know, it was good, lol!!
