Hey FoodieFriends!! I hope you enjoy this one. These measurements should be good for 10 pieces.?

Season washed and dried chicken with salt and pepper. Then put in buttermilk brine.

For buttermilk brine: (soak at least 4hrs/up to 24hrs)

  • 5cups buttermilk
  • 2tbsp paprika
  • 2tbsp minced garlic
  • 2tbsp thyme
  • 2tbsp onion powder
  • 2tbsp hot sauce

For coating:

  • 2tbsp chkn seasoning
  • 2tbsp paprika
  • 2tbsp chili powder
  • 2cups all purpose flour
  • 2tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 2tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/3cup cornstarch
  • 2tbsp Total Seasoning

Deep fry or pan fry on medium high heat for 15-20mins or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165degrees.
