Bacon & Bourbon Chicken Kebabs - Skewers

Ingredients:

1kg chicken breasts
8-10 wooden skewers
2 teaspoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
¼ cup sweet paprika
500ml/16 ounces barbecue sauce. I used Smoky BBQ
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
6 slices bacon
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
