Tangra is a small fresh water fish which abounds in the ponds and rivers of Bengal. There are many ways of preparing this fish and the "Tel Jhol" is one of the popular incarnations. Delicately spiced and laden with flavours of veggies like onions, tomatoes and onion stalks creates a dish packed with flavours and nutrition. - Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chillies - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Peyajkoli - 4-5 stalk
- Mustard Oil - 4-5 tbsp
- Red chiili powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped onion - 1 medium size
- Chopped Tomato - 1 large
- Tangra Mach - 400 gms
- Salt as per taste
- Kalo jeera - 1/2 tsp
