Daler bora or fried lentil dumplings are favourites amongst Indians as both a savoury snack or as sides with a rice-dal staple menu. This dish we have prepared here uses matar dal or split yellow peas. We have created a light, delicately flavoured curry with these lentil dumplings with diced potato wedges using common Bengali spices. This goes well with hot staemed rice. A unique must-try recipe from the Hungry Tummy stables- We implore you to try this at home and provide feedback in the comments section below. Happy cooking!
