Sago Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/3rd Cup Sugar
  • 6-7 pistacheos split into halves
  • 1/4th tsp green cardamom powder
  • 1 ltr full cream milk
  • 1/4th Cup Sago
  • 10-12 raisins
  • 5-6 Cashew split into halves and each portion cut into half again
  • 5-6 almonds chopped

Method:

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed wok or pan.
  2. Add Saboodana and mix. Let it boil on low flame Stirring Occasionally for 10-12 mins or till the milk reduces to 1/3rd and has become thick.
    Add sugar, and cook for 4-5 mins more.
  3. Add dry fruits, mix, cook further for a couple of mins, remove, Dish out and serve either hot, or chilled.
