Sago Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1/3rd Cup Sugar
- 6-7 pistacheos split into halves
- 1/4th tsp green cardamom powder
- 1 ltr full cream milk
- 1/4th Cup Sago
- 10-12 raisins
- 5-6 Cashew split into halves and each portion cut into half again
- 5-6 almonds chopped
Method:
- Boil milk in a heavy bottomed wok or pan.
- Add Saboodana and mix. Let it boil on low flame Stirring Occasionally for 10-12 mins or till the milk reduces to 1/3rd and has become thick.
Add sugar, and cook for 4-5 mins more. - Add dry fruits, mix, cook further for a couple of mins, remove, Dish out and serve either hot, or chilled.
