INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- Sugar dissolve
- Water 1/4 cup
- Agar agar/Gelatin 1/2 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Keep aside
- Bring it to a boil
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Milk 2 cup
- Corn flour & Agar agar mixture
- Keep stirring
- Cook until thickens like this
- 7 inch pan
- Break the bubbles
- Wait for 15 mins
- Chopped cherry & nuts
- Keep it in the fridge for 1 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
