• Corn flour 2 tbsp

Mix well & keep aside

• Sugar 1/4 cup

Caramelised the sugar

Low the flame

• hot Milk 2 cup

1. Keep stirring
2. Cook until boil
3. Boil for 5 mins
4. Turn dark color
5. Add corn flour mixture
6. Cook for 5-7 mins
7. Thick consistency
8. Let it cool down
9. Water 1/2 cup
10. Corn flour 1 tbsp
11. Mix well & keep aside
12. Sugar 2 tbsp
13. Caramelised the sugar
14. Low the flame
15. Add corn flour mixture
16. Cook for 2-4 mins
17. Thick consistency
18. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours
19. Sprinkles

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
