LECHE FLAN is definitely an all time favorite dessert! In fiesta, reunions or even birthdays! Surely everybody wants to scoop up that creamy smooth flan in caramelized syrup that melts in the mouth. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 1 calamansi juice
  • 1 can (390g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • sugar for caramel

COSTING:

10 large eggs x 6 = 60

1 evap = 25

1 condensed = 32

Misc. = 5

4 Container x 7 = 28

TOTAL: 150php/4pcs yield

= 37.5php production cost each leche flan.

*You can sell it for 70-75 pesos each flan. I usually place it in a microwavable container and attach my sticker label.

*You can use the excess egg whites to make meringue, boiled icing, swiss meringue buttercream or pudding.
