PUMPKIN (NO-BAKE) PIE
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (9-inch) Graham cracker crust
- 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice, or substitute with 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, and 1/8 teaspoon ground clove.
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15-ounce) can 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 (8-ounce) tube Cool Whip
- In a medium mixing bowl add cream cheese, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Beat until well blended. About 1-2 minutes.
- Add pumpkin to cream cheese mixture. Beat for an additional 1 minute or until blended.
- Add Cool Whip to mixture. Using a large spoon or spatula fold together ingredients until you no longer see white or orange streaks.
- Add evenly into graham cracker crust. Cover and chill for 5 hours or overnight before serving.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice before serving, optional.
TIPS: Store in refrigerator, wrapped or stored airtight, up to 24 hours.
