Ingredients:
CHOCOLATE CRUST:
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup (113g) cold butter
- 2 to 3 tbsp ice cold water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg yolk
FILLING:
- 5 whole eggs
- 125g dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
Chocolate ganache top layer:
(120g dark chocolate + 60mL all purpose cream, melted and cooled)
