- CURD - 1/2 CUP ( CAN USE 2 EGG INSTEAD OF CURD)
- 7 INCH LOAF PAN
- POWDERED SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
- OIL - 1/4 CUP
- BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
- PINEAPPLE ESSENCE - 1/2 TSP
FOR WHIPPING CREAM:
- VANILLA - 1/2 TSP
- CHILLED WHIPPING CREAM - 1 CUP
- POWDERED SUGAR - 1/4 CUP
FOR SUGAR SYRUP:
- WATER - 1/4 CUP
- PINEAPPLE ESSENCE - 1/2 TSP
- POWDERED SUGAR - 2 TBSP
FOR PINNEPLE CRUSH:
- CHOPPED PINEAPPLE - 1 CUP
- SUGAR - 2 TBSP
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
