This is a fabulous dessert pie recipe that the whole family will love!
Ingredients:
Base:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons caster/superfine sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 120g butter
Filling:
- 75g Chocolate
- 1 cup caster/superfine cugar
- 140g butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg yolks
- Cream of your choice for topping
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup lemon juice
