This is a fabulous tasting pie recipe that is very simple and easy to make. Let me show you how.
Ingredients:
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 handfuls of small button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 sheets puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 500 grams beef mince
