TODAY'S RECIPE IS Wool Roll Bread With Chocolate Filling | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Wool roll bread:
- Lukewarm milk 1/2 cup (+-)
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Yeast 1 tsp
- All purpose flour 1 & 1/2 cup
- Knead for 5-7 mins
- Smooth dough
- Rub oil
- Rest for 1 hour
- Divide
- Roll into oval shape
- Cut thin
- Chocolate chips
- 7 inch greased mould
- Rest for 15 mins
- Brush cold water
- Bake in preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins
- Brush oil
- Cover with a damp cloth
- Let it cool completely
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
