No sugar, multi grain Artisan Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp Dalia (broken wheat/ uncooked porridge)
  • 1/2 tbsp yeast - dry Active, or instant
  • 1 cup water (almost too hot to touch)
  • 1 tsp White sesame seeds
  • 2 Cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp onion seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Flax Seeds

Method:

  1. Mix water, salt and yeast till sugar is completely dissolved in water. Add all purpose flour, mix thoroughly with spoon or hands. This mixture will be sticky but that's how we want it. cover with lid and let it rest for 3-4 hrs.
  2. Once the fermentation process is complete, know it back using little all purpose flour. Give it a round shape and leave on baking tray for 45 mins to an hr to rise again.
  3. Preheat oven to 230°C for 10 mins, meanwhile, give cuts on the loaf, Melt a tsp of butter, Brush it on the loaf, and Spread the seeds on top. In the lower shelf, place a tray and some hot water as it will help the bread to have a crunchy crust.
  4. Place the loaf tray on upper shelf, bake for 30 mins. Take out loaf, let it cool down, and then Enjoy with butter, jam, pasta, Egg, or plain.
