For Aloo Tikki:

Ingredients :

  • Chat masala 1/2tbs
  • Salt as per taste
  • Jeera/Cumin 1tbs
  • Red chilly powder 1tbs
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Onions 1 med
  • Oil 2tbs
  • Mashed potatoes 6-7 pieces
  • Poha 3tbs (soaked)
  • Lemon juice 1tbs
  • French beans 1 cup
  • Carrots (grated) 2 cups
  • Cheese 2 cubes
  • Ginger and Green chilly 1tbs
  • Coriander powder 3/4th tbs
  • Breadcrumps 3-4 breads

For slurry:

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 tbs
  • Water 1 cup
  • Maida 2tbs

Procedure:

  1. Heat 2tbs oil and add jeera, ginger and green chillies and add onions to it. Saute for 5 minutes
  2. Add french beans, and grated carrots to it. Cook for 5 minutes
  3. Then, add peas, mashed potatoes, all masalas and lemon juice
  4. Mix everything well. And let the mixture cool down.
  5. Prepare slurry by mixing maida, rice flour, salt and water
  6. Make tikkis, add tikki into slury and then cover it with bread crumps
  7. Deep freeze it for 1 hour and then fry or roast all the tikkis

For burger sauce:

Ingredients:

  • Mayonnaise 3 tbs
  • Chilly sauce 1/2 tbs
  • Tomato sauce 3/4th tbs

Procedure:

  1. Mix all three sauce together and burger sauce is ready (you can avoid chilly sauce)

For Burgers:

  1. Cut burger buns into two parts and apply some butter on it
  2. Roast the buns from inner side
  3. Apply burger sauce on one side on bun
  4. Place salad leaf on it, then place aloo tikki on it
  5. Add more burger sauce, add cheese slice, add tomatoes and onions
  6. Finally add 1 tbs burger sauce on other part of bun, and gently place it over burger
