For Aloo Tikki:
Ingredients :
- Chat masala 1/2tbs
- Salt as per taste
- Jeera/Cumin 1tbs
- Red chilly powder 1tbs
- Peas 1 cup
- Onions 1 med
- Oil 2tbs
- Mashed potatoes 6-7 pieces
- Poha 3tbs (soaked)
- Lemon juice 1tbs
- French beans 1 cup
- Carrots (grated) 2 cups
- Cheese 2 cubes
- Ginger and Green chilly 1tbs
- Coriander powder 3/4th tbs
- Breadcrumps 3-4 breads
For slurry:
Ingredients:
- Rice 1 tbs
- Water 1 cup
- Maida 2tbs
Procedure:
- Heat 2tbs oil and add jeera, ginger and green chillies and add onions to it. Saute for 5 minutes
- Add french beans, and grated carrots to it. Cook for 5 minutes
- Then, add peas, mashed potatoes, all masalas and lemon juice
- Mix everything well. And let the mixture cool down.
- Prepare slurry by mixing maida, rice flour, salt and water
- Make tikkis, add tikki into slury and then cover it with bread crumps
- Deep freeze it for 1 hour and then fry or roast all the tikkis
For burger sauce:
Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise 3 tbs
- Chilly sauce 1/2 tbs
- Tomato sauce 3/4th tbs
Procedure:
- Mix all three sauce together and burger sauce is ready (you can avoid chilly sauce)
For Burgers:
- Cut burger buns into two parts and apply some butter on it
- Roast the buns from inner side
- Apply burger sauce on one side on bun
- Place salad leaf on it, then place aloo tikki on it
- Add more burger sauce, add cheese slice, add tomatoes and onions
- Finally add 1 tbs burger sauce on other part of bun, and gently place it over burger
