BURGER PATTY

Ingredients:

• 1/2 c breadcrumbs
• 1 T paprika
• 1 T soy sauce
• 1/2 c cornstarch
• 2 T Worcestershire sauce
• 2 T salt
• 2 T garlic powder
• 1 1/2 kg ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 2 onion (white onion much prefer minced)
• 1 T black pepper

burger sauce:

• 2 T tomato ketchup
• 1 t salt
• 1/2 onion (white onion much prefer minced)
• 1 c homemade mayonaise
• 1/2 t black pepper
• 1 pc kalamansi juice
• 1 t garlic powder
• 1T yellow mustard
• 2 T sugar white
