Tacos full of Nutrients | Healthiest Tacos filled with Sprouts, Paneer and Fresh Veggies

Healthy Version of Mexican Tacos is simple yet tasty dish.
Ingredients:
For Tacos Sheet:
- Salt
- Oil
- Rava/Samolina – 3 tbs
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
For Stuffing :
- Sweet corn – 1/2
- Salt – 1 tbs
- Oil - 1 spoon
- Potato – 1 medium
- Paneer – 1 cup or 50 grams
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbs
- Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbs
- Carrot - 1
- Cheese – 2 tbs
- Chopped Onion – 1 medium
- Tomato - 1
- Capsicum – 1/2
- Oregano & Chilly Flakes – 1 tbs
- Chilly Powder – 1/2 tbs
- Sprouts of your choice – 2 cups
Procedure:
For Tacos Sheets:
- Take wheat flour, semolina and add some salt and oil to it
- Mix it well
- Add 1 Cup water and make a soft dough
- Let it rest for 10 minutes and after that roll the rotis
- Heat pan and brush some oil and roast all the rotis
- Roast it till rotis are half cooked
- Keep it aside
For Stuffing:
- Take some oil and add chopped onions to it
- Saute till onions changes it color
- Add tomatoes, carrots, capsicum and sweet corn to it
- Add salt, chilly powder, oregano and chilly flakes to it
- Mix it well and cook it for 5-10 minutes on medium flame
- After that add sprouts of your choice
- Add paneer
- Add boiled and mashed potato
- Mix everything well
- Stuffing is ready
For Plating:
- Take a taco sheet or roti
- Apply some tomato ketchup and mayonnaise
- Add some grated cheese
- Fill the stuffing in the half portion of roti
- Fold another half part of roti over the stuffing and roast it again
- Super Healthy and Delicious Tacos are ready to eat
