Tacos full of Nutrients | Healthiest Tacos filled with Sprouts, Paneer and Fresh Veggies

Healthy Version of Mexican Tacos is simple yet tasty dish.

Ingredients:

For Tacos Sheet:

  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Rava/Samolina – 3 tbs
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup

For Stuffing :

  • Sweet corn – 1/2
  • Salt – 1 tbs
  • Oil - 1 spoon
  • Potato – 1 medium
  • Paneer – 1 cup or 50 grams
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbs
  • Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbs
  • Carrot - 1
  • Cheese – 2 tbs
  • Chopped Onion – 1 medium
  • Tomato - 1
  • Capsicum – 1/2
  • Oregano & Chilly Flakes – 1 tbs
  • Chilly Powder – 1/2 tbs
  • Sprouts of your choice – 2 cups

Procedure:

For Tacos Sheets:

  1. Take wheat flour, semolina and add some salt and oil to it
  2. Mix it well
  3. Add 1 Cup water and make a soft dough
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes and after that roll the rotis
  5. Heat pan and brush some oil and roast all the rotis
  6. Roast it till rotis are half cooked
  7. Keep it aside

For Stuffing:

  1. Take some oil and add chopped onions to it
  2. Saute till onions changes it color
  3. Add tomatoes, carrots, capsicum and sweet corn to it
  4. Add salt, chilly powder, oregano and chilly flakes to it
  5. Mix it well and cook it for 5-10 minutes on medium flame
  6. After that add sprouts of your choice
  7. Add paneer
  8. Add boiled and mashed potato
  9. Mix everything well
  10. Stuffing is ready

For Plating:

  1. Take a taco sheet or roti
  2. Apply some tomato ketchup and mayonnaise
  3. Add some grated cheese
  4. Fill the stuffing in the half portion of roti
  5. Fold another half part of roti over the stuffing and roast it again
  6. Super Healthy and Delicious Tacos are ready to eat
