KAMIAS JAM | Bilimbi Fruit Jam
My aunt has this kamias tree in their backyard and it bears too much fruit and much of it just falls on the ground once it’s ripe and was never consumed. So I did picked them up and they were just perfectly ripe for me to transform them into a delicious fruit jam! It does not have any traces of sourness because the bilimbi fruits were ripe and were washed twice. It has a fruity and refreshing flavor resembling the combined flavor of orange marmalade and strawberry jam. So if you have a fruit bearing bilimbi/kamias tree, go ahead and make some for you to try!
