Ingredients:
- 1.5 tsp kosher salt
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp ground pickling spice
- 1 slice rye bread soaked in milk
- 1 lb 73/27 ground chuck
- coriander and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Top with baby swiss cheese, 1000 island dressing and finely shredded cabbage served on a kaiser roll.
