PIGS-in-a-BLANKET

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • 1- 8oz package crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup coby-jack cheese,
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 4 Hotdogs (I use beef), cut in half
  1. Open can of crescent rolls and tear apart into 8 triangles.
  2. Lightly press 1 teaspoon of cheese into each triangle dough. Add 1/2 hotdog at largest end of dough and roll tightly into a crescent shape.
  3. Add to baking sheet.
  4. Lightly press, a pinch, of sesame seeds onto the tops of each pigs-in-a-blacket.
  5. Bake 15-18 minutes. Bake Pigs-in-a-blanket according to baking directions on dough package for best results or until golden brown.
