This is my take on club sandwich or clubhouse sandwich which is made of shredded chicken (you can use fried bacon as well), tomato, onion, lettuce and poached egg. This is a 2 layered 3 bread slice sandwich and is extremely filling. This is simple to make and is great for picnics and outings. Please try it and let me know how you liked it!
Ingredients:
- Tomato slices - 1 small tomato
- Black pepper powder - a pich
- English mustard - 1 tbsp
- Sandwich bread slice - 3 pcs
- Tomato ketup - 1 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- Salt - Pinch
- Boiled shreded chicken - 150 gms
- Refined oil - 1 tbsp
- Lettuce
- Onion slices - 1 small onion
- Cheese Slice- 1 pcs
- Butter - 50 gms
